Infrastructure
Instead of phasing projects, our investment partners can provide 100% of the financing up front. Repayment terms can last anywhere from 10 to 35 years.
We have partners that work in bioremediation of hazardous materials, water aquifer discovery, and other domains.
Disaster Mitigation/ Restoration
Government funding is never enough to implement all disaster mitigation projects that are needed. Our funding partner can help bridge that gap. The savings in future disaster spending can be put toward repaying the funds over 10 to 35 years.
Economic Impact Projects
Is there a need for housing in your community? We have partners that can provide disaster-rated construction that is designed to last 1,000 years. Combining that with our unique funding mechanism allows housing to be constructed quickly and without government investment.
